GENERAL:

-THE SUIT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING?

We are a very small business and only keep very small quantities of everything. If there is a bikini that you want, we recommend you purchase it before it goes out of stock, because we cannot guarantee that we will be restocking and if we do it usually takes a long time. On the sold out bikini product page there is a link to be notified when it is restocked when the product is restocked. If the product is on our Sale page then we will not be restocking.  

-WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT YOU?

The best way to contact us is by emailing us at info@siestakeybikinis.com. As we are a very small company please give us at least 24 hours to respond on a week day.

-ARE YOU ACCEPTING NEW AMBASSADORS?

Because Siesta Key Bikinis is a new company and growing, We hope to start our Ambassador program by the end of the year and will be accepting new ambassadors. Sign up for emails to stay in the know and to be notified when the Ambassador program begins

 

SHIPPING

-HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

All Orders are shipped from Siesta Key, FL

US Orders Over $100: Free Shipping

US Orders Under $100: $5 Shipping

Canada Orders: $10 Shipping

International Orders: $15 Shipping

 

-WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

 

Orders placed before noon EST Monday- Friday will be shipped within 4 business days. Orders placed after noon EST will be processed the following business day.

 

-CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes! When your shipping label has been created you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. It can take up to 48 hours after USPS receives the package for them to update the tracking number and give you an estimated delivery date.

*International Orders can only be tracked within US borders. Once the package leaves the US it is usually shipped with your country's postal service.  

 

-WILL THERE BE CUSTOMS/VAT/DUTY FEES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Certain countries may charge customs taxes/duty fees on their residents. Siesta Key Bikinis has no control over this and is not responsible for any duty taxes that may occur as duty, VAAT, and customs fees are set by the destination country and charged when the package enters the country and not before. Select countries will keep the package at the post office till fees are paid even if it is marked as delivered. These fees, if applied at all, vary per country. We recommend checking with your local post office if you have questions on whether these fees apply to your country. 

 

PRODUCTS

 

-WHAT ARE YOUR BIKINIS MADE OF?

-Our bikinis are made out recycled plastic and abandoned fishnets that has been transformed into high quality nylon fabric. While that doesn't sound very soft and comfortable, the fabric is actually softer and more durable than traditional swimsuit material. -WHERE ARE YOUR BIKINIS MADE?

Our bikinis are all handmade in Bali, Indonesia by manufacturers who's values align with our own ethical and moral standards.  They are known for having the highest standards for sustainability all while creating a fair and safe work environment for their employees. 

-DO YOUR BIKINIS HAVE PADDING?

Yes, we have the Anna Maria Bikini set and Big Cat Bikini set with removable padding and have lining.

As of right now, none of our styles come with padding. We do have some new sets coming in that have lining and removable pads available soon.

-ARE SIESTA KEY BIKINIS SOLD ANYWHERE ELSE AND/OR CAN I SHOP IN PERSON?

Our bikinis are only available online at the moment. However, we plan on hosting pop-up shops around Florida (and other states) in the near future.

With the current covid-19 situation we are not currently participating in any pop-up shops. If we do plan any pop-up shops in the future we will post the schedule on Instagram. 

-CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

If the order has already been processed and shipped we cannot change or cancel the order. To make any changes make sure to email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee we can complete your request, but if the order is still waiting to be processed we will do our best to help you out with your request.   

 

-HOW DO I PROCESS A EXCHANGE OR RETURN ITEM?

We are so sorry it wasn't a perfect fit! We want to help you find the perfect bikini for your body, that's why we offer a hassle free return service. Email us at returns@siestakeybikinis.com with your order number and whether you would like to return or exchange. For US orders, we will send you a shipping label for your order to be returned free of cost. For international orders, unfortunately we do not have the capability to send shipping labels so please email us and we will notify you the shipping address to send the package back to process the return or exchange.
